TRAVEL ARRANGEMENT:
-07.00-08.00 : Breakpast at hotel
-08.00-10.30 : Picked up at the hotel and go directly to Sembalun Lawang Mount Rinjani National Park
-10.30-11.00 : Arrive at Sembalun Lawang NAtional Park which is under the foot of Mount Rinjani and enjoy the view of Mount Rinjani and the view of Sembalun hills, Bidara Hills ,Pergansingan Hills, and the beauty of strawberry fields and Sembalun rice fields with very cool Mountain weather .
-11.00-11.15 : Leave Sembalun Park and continue the journey to Sembalun flower garden and Sembalun strawberry plantation
-11.15-12.00 : Arrive at Sembalun flower garden and strawberry plantation and take picyures with the beauty of various types of flowers and Rinjani Mountains as well as picking and tasting strawberries and if you don't want to visit the flower garden and strawberry garden , alternatively visit the sembalun coffee plantation tour to enjoy authentic Sembalun coffee .
-12.00-12.15 : Leave the flowers gardens and strawberry fields and head for Selong Hill
-12.15-12.45 : Arrive at Selong Hill and enjoy the landscape view of Mount Rinjani and the green rice fields of Sembalun village .
-12.45-13.40 : Leave Selong Hill and head to Senaru hut restaurant for lunch
-13.40-14.30: Lunch at pondok senaru restaurant ( Menu ,white rice ,fried chicken ,clear vegetables, fried noodles cap cay ,omelet, hot tea ,mineral water and fresh fruit )
-14.30-16.00 : After Lunch ,we visited Sendang Gile waterfall and Tiu Kelep waterfall
-16.00-18.30 : Finished from the waterfall and went straight to the Hotel where we stayed
-18.30-18.30 : Arrive at the hotel and the tour program is completed

PACKAGE BOOKING AND PAYMENT SISTEM
- Booking packages must be well in advance 2-3 months before arrival must be booked and can be directly sent by email / by phone / WhatsApp
- To secure a booking or package order, you must provide a down payment (DP) 50% of the total price to be paid as a sign of seriousness and will use our travel services.
- After we receive the down payment (DP) for the tour, you will be sent a Tour Payment Receipt as well as Hotel Vouchers, & Tour Vouchers
- The 2nd payment of 25% must be made 1 month before arrival / At least 3 weeks before arrival
- Settlement payment of 25% can be paid upon arrival in Lombok for the safety of both parties.
- Every transaction administration is borne by the sender/participant who will pay for the tour.
REFUNDS SISTEM
- If the cancellation occurs 1 week (7 days) after booking, the down payment (DP) will be refunded 100% of the DP payment that has been made.
- If the cancellation occurs 2-3 weeks (14-21 days) after booking, the down payment (DP) will be returned 100% with a note that the travel party will coordinate with the team, hotel, transport etc involved in the booking component.
- If the cancellation occurs 1 month (30 days) after booking, the down payment (DP) will be returned according to the discussion of both parties (Customer & Travel Agent) and mutual agreement.
